On June 29, 2023, members of FONSS and the JBER Cultural Resources Office were honored to facilitate a visit to Nike Site Summit for servicemembers of the Alaskan NORAD Region & Alaskan Command.
Friends of Nike Site Summit Endowment Fund
The FONSS board, in cooperation with Preservation Alaska (formerly Alaska Association for Historic Preservation - fiscal sponsor), has established an endowed fund to ensure Nike Site Summit a dedicated source of income for years to come.
